How long does it take to process an order?
All our orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
If there are any delays from the fulfillment centre (not shipping carrier), we will send you an email notification. If you need to reach out to us please email us at hello@projecttrendy.com. We make great efforts to answer all emails within 24-48 hrs Mon-Fri.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please be sure when entering your shipping address that it is correct. If you would need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
What are your Shipping Methods and Delivery Times?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
The shipping methods and delivery times per region are represented by the following table (note this does not include processing time, allow 2-5 business days)

*Express Shipments to Canada may incur additional fees (ie. customs). We cannot predict cost before shipping-we just want you to be aware.
Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as holidays (ie. Christmas or Thanksgiving). Some deliveries to Canada are delayed due to back-ups at the border.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Our print products are able to ship to US military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.
Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days. Specific delivery estimates provided by USPS can be found here.
Please note: It is to be expected that the tracking stops showing updates once the order reaches the applicable APO, FPO, or DPO hub. However, the order is continuing its journey.
How are Shipping Costs calculated?
The shipping costs are set per product. The different products (ie. clothing, journal, notebook, canvas etc.) come from different fulfillment centres and each centre must apply shipping fees when products are sent out and the total is applied at checkout. It does not include any customs or taxes that could incur for express deliveries to Canada.
Will I receive Shipment confirmation and order tracking?
You should receive an email notifying you that your item has been shipped. We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS, Canada Post) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
Will I have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?
Project Trendy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs etc.).
Do you offer international shipping?
At this current time, our print products are only shipped to the USA and Canada.
What happens if my box is damaged or lost?
Project Trendy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our customer service to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What is your Returns Policy?
In the case of a damaged print product or a manufacturing error, please contact us at hello@projecttrendy.com within 15 days of product delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a free replacement or a refund upon inspection of your order.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. This policy is subject to change in the future.
